Every year, the Police Department of the Pavlodar Region recruits departmental educational institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, namely the Karaganda, Almaty and Kostanay academies.The next meeting was held at the KSE at the Higher College of Electronics and Communications. During the meeting, inspector of the Personnel Policy Directorate Beibyt Zhakupov and employees of the regional SOBR unit told future graduates about the procedure for admission to universities of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the features of the educational process and various areas of police activity. Students learned that when selecting candidates for service in the internal affairs bodies, special attention is paid to their educational level, moral and business qualities, health, and physical fitness.During the meeting, future graduates learned that cadets and students of universities of the Ministry of Internal Affairs are subject to all social guarantees provided for police officers: free higher education, monetary and full clothing allowance for the cadet, accommodation in a dormitory, paid leave at the end of each course with free travel to place of residence. After graduating from the university, employment in your specialty in the internal affairs bodies is guaranteed. The training period is counted towards the length of service in the police department.At the end of the meeting, students asked the law enforcement officers questions that were specific and showed sincere interest in the serviceThe event was interesting and useful, because the cadets already understand that one of the main priorities in life is the correct and conscious choice of their future profession.
