In order to implement the State Education Program for 2020-2025, the execution of the order of the Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 18, 2008 No. 125 "On approval of the Standard Rules for conducting current monitoring of academic performance, intermediate and final certification of students for the organization of secondary, technical and professional, post-secondary education", on 22.06.2021, a demonstration exam was held at the enterprise "LRZ Alga A" as part of the final certification according to the World Skills standards of the competence "Locksmith".

Due to the lack of this competence in the World Skills Championship Movement, the staff of the college, based on Professional Standards and technological maps of the Locomotive Repair Plant LLP "LRZ ALGA A", with the advice of the World Skills Movement Development Department of NAO "Tar", developed the tasks of the demonstration exam that are relevant for graduates.

The inclusion of the demo exam format in the procedure of the state final certification of students of professional educational organizations is a model of independent assessment of the quality of personnel training, which contributes to solving the problems of the vocational education system and the labor market without additional procedures.

In the current academic year, 5 graduates of our educational organization of the PME-352 group took part in the Demonstration exam according to World Skills standards, specialty: 1108000 "Operation, repair and maintenance of railway rolling stock "competencies: "Blacksmithing": Golikov P. P., Isaev V. Yu., Olkov A. E., Khramtsov G. D, Melikhov M. V.

The demonstration exam was conducted according to competitive tasks developed by teachers of special disciplines of the college Karasaeva O. V., Mukhametkalieva A. A. taking into account the requirements of the " Technical description of the competence "Locksmith". Zhekenov A. B., Gritsanchuk T. A., Rabkanova A. I. took an active part in the preparation of the material and technical base for the successful conduct of the demo exam.

During the demonstration exam, students showed their theoretical knowledge and practical skills: they disassembled, repaired, assembled and tested the brush holder of the locomotive traction engine.

The quality and performance of the task by students at the set time were evaluated by the examination commission and independent experts from among the managers and chief specialists of the enterprise "LRZ Alga A" LLP-Zhakupov D. K., Resnyansky O. I., Ustimenko S. V., Kolesnikov E. V.

A demonstration exam in the conditions of a manufacturing enterprise at real workplaces of a large repair plant is a new, very difficult, but at the same time exciting test for both students and teachers.
