On March 5, 2024, a mobile group created under the education department carried out explanatory work for teachers of TVET organizations in the Pavlodar region on the project “Rules and conditions for certification of teachers.” During the meeting, the main factors of continuous professional development of a teacher, a system of objective assessment of a teacher’s activities through the achievements of students, stimulation of self-education and career growth, as well as social justice and academic integrity were discussed.The teachers were explained the basic philosophy of certification, features of the transition period, criteria for assessing a teacher of a TVET organization, and were also introduced to the project of the electronic Platform “Ustaz”.
