The Higher College of Electronics and Communication has concluded a memorandum of cooperation with Toraigyrov University. The memorandum was signed by the head of the college M.Zh. Nygmetov and Chairman of the Management Board-Rector of the University E.T. Sadykov. The college was also visited by a member of the Board for Scientific Work and International Cooperation, Vice-Rector - Yerzhanov Nurlan Telmanovich, Dean of the Faculty of Energy - Alexander Petrovich Kislov, Head of the Department of Electrical Engineering and Automation - Tastenov Olzhas Manarbekovich. After familiarization with the material and technical base of the college, the parties agreed on promising plans for the development of secondary, post-secondary and higher education in the region.
