A webinar entitled "Social partnership of the college - as a factor in improving the quality of professional training of future specialists" was held  on 10.06.2020.

The webinar was attended by representatives of enterprises - social partners - Davlyatchin Yerlan Mindygalievich - leading engineer of Pavlodar section of Akmola branch for repair of passenger cars of JSC Vagonservis, Silnyagin Andrey Vitalievich - instructor for training locomotive crews of Pavlodar locomotive depot of KTZ - Freight Transportation JSC Pavlodar Branch of the GP, college teachers and first and third year students in 1108000 "Operation, repair and maintenance of railway rolling stock (by type), qualification "Assistant driver of an electric locomotive," "Assistant driver of a diesel locomotive."

During the webinar, the master of production training Melnik E.S. made a presentation: "Social partnership of the college - as a factor in improving the quality of professional training of future specialists."

In their speeches, representatives of enterprises Davlyatchin E.M. and Silnyagin A.V. spoke about the work of basic enterprises, areas of cooperation with the college, about the practice of students at workplaces, about the duties of assistant locomotive drivers.

Seitkazin B. B. - Deputy Head summed up the webinar, noted the importance of the joint work of the educational institution and enterprises to improve the quality of professional training of future specialists, on the employment of college graduates in JSC "Wagon Service" and "Pavlodar operational locomotive depot."
