The development of the country's economy and industry requires highly qualified specialists with knowledge and skills in advanced technologies and modern equipment.

The availability of such technologies and equipment in educational organizations allows the training and production of competitive specialists. Decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 13, 2018 No. 746 "On Approval of the State Program for the Development of Productive Employment and Mass Entrepreneurship for 2017-2021" Yenbek "provides for the training of qualified specialists in sought-after specialties in the labor market within the framework of the Zhas Maman project. The Zhas Maman project (hereinafter referred to as the Project) will assist in the modernization of training equipment and the training of highly qualified specialists in accordance with international industry standards.

To participate in the Higher College of Electronics and Communications prepared and sent to the Department of Education of Pavlodar Region "Analysis of the readiness of the TIPO organization," which described the current state of the educational institution.

It was decided to modernize educational equipment and train highly qualified specialists in accordance with international industry standards in the college in the following specialties:

- 1306000 "Radio electronics and communications," qualification 130605 2 - cable installer, 130601 2 - electrician for telecommunication networks and systems;

- 1304000 "Computing and software (by type)," qualification 130403 3 - technician, 130404 3 - software technician.

For the implementation of the Zhas Maman project, the college issued order No. 125-p of 19.11.2019 "On the approval of the Zhas Maman project working group." By order, a number of managers and employees of the educational institution, including, deputy heads of the college, heads of departments, teachers of special disciplines, representatives of accounting, personnel department, lawyer and equipment engineer, were entrusted with the responsibility for preparing the necessary documentation, selecting equipment, preparing premises and other work on the Project.
