On September 25, 2018 in Pavlodar the annual stock "Look at the World of Blind Persons" in support of blind and visually impaired people took place. Organizers of an action are "The center of development of youth initiatives" and "Regional special library for blind and visually impaired citizens". According to organizers, the action is carried out already for the second time and is intended to draw attention of citizens to problems and creativity of people with disabilities on sight. The current action is dated for 20-aniversary celebration of Astana.

Not only visitors of library, but also not indifferent young citizens became participants. Among the audience the action was supported by students of C-228 group of "Pavlodar college of transport and communications". Children opened for themselves the special thin world of blind people, creative, kind and open to communication. In the program of an action the audience saw bright dancing numbers of children with the weakened sight, solo performances on musical instruments, products of applied creativity.
