In order to implement the State Education Program for 2020-2025, to fulfill the order of the Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 18, 2008 No. 125 "On approval of Standard Rules for conducting current monitoring of academic performance, intermediate and final certification of students for the organization of secondary, technical and professional, post-secondary education", a demonstration exam was held at the Higher College of Electronics and Communications as part of the final certification according to WorldSkills standards of the competence "Freight Forwarding".

Due to the lack of this competence in the WorldSkills Championship Movement, the college staff, based on Professional Standards, theoretical and practical knowledge of special subjects, cooperation with employees of basic enterprises, forwarding and logistics companies, with the advice of the WorldSkills Movement Development Department of NAO "Tartar", developed the tasks of the demonstration exam that are relevant for graduates.

In the current academic year, 5 graduates of our educational organization of the OP-428 group of specialties took part in the Demonstration exam according to WorldSkills standards: 120300 0 "Organization of transportation and traffic management on railway transport": Agadilova A. K., Akhmetzhanova M. M., Baglan E. A., Huseynov R. R., Eltay M. K.

The exam simulates real production situations developed by teachers of special disciplines of the college Kurochkina N. V., Iskakov R. H., taking into account the requirements of the " Technical description of the competence "Freight Forwarding". Karashasheva S. Sh., Zhetibayeva M. M.,Aitkenova A. A. actively participated in the preparation of the material and technical base for the successful conduct of the demo exam. The task of the graduate is to demonstrate his skills in practice. This is a fundamental difference from traditional exams "on tickets".

At the demo exam, students disassembled 3 modules and showed their theoretical knowledge and practical skills:how the receivers recommended the types of rolling stock for the specified cargo, indicating its advantages and disadvantages in a given cargo transportation, advised the company's clients on the registration of transportation, determined the terms of cargo delivery, understood the non-standard situation and identified violations of articles of Contracts and the Law on Railway Transport and gave recommendations on how to get out of such situations. How commodity cashiers determined the codes and the cost of cargo transportation, how freight forwarders processed the transportation.

The graduates are evaluated by independent experts from among the managers and chief specialists of the enterprise "KTZ-Cargo Transportation" LLP - "Pavlodar branch of GP" - Ekpintaev N. K., Yakovchenko L. I., Tukhtametova O. A., Moldabaeva A. B.

Today, the exam is not mandatory. Students take it voluntarily and, in addition to the usual diploma, receive a "passport of competencies" (SkillsPassport), and information about them is entered into the database of young professionals. With its help, enterprises can find new workers and specialists. Some companies select the best graduates already at the testing stage. Thus, the works of Agadilova A., Huseynov R, Akhmetzhanova M. were noted.
