On January 20, a class hour "Legal Literacy" was held at the Higher College of Electronics and Communication.

The purpose of the class hour is:

- Formation of a positive attitude to the laws of the state, to the laws of our educational institution; formation of interest in further study of the laws;

- Fostering a sense of responsibility to the state. Formulation of a clear civic position based on anti-corruption;

- Development of respect for their rights and duties, for the norms of behavior in society, for compliance with the laws;

- Education of tolerance.
