14.02.19 in Pavlodar College of Transport and Communications took place the annual conference following the results of passing of a work technological practice.

The chairman of the commission of special disciplines of "Transport" Karasayeva Olga Vladimirovna, having opened a conference, told about the plan of carrying out and a conference, about the purposes and problems of a work technological practice, about achievements and problems of our students.

Representatives of the enterprises of the railway industry - our social partners, assistants in all our affairs were invited to a conference:

- Perevertov Alexey Aleksandrovich is an electronics engineer of 1 category of the JSC Vagonservice enterprise;

- Silnyagin Andrey Vitalyevich is a driver-instructor of the Pavlodar operational locomotive depot;

- Dosymbetov Salawat Bauyrzhanovich is the chief engineer of the Pavlodar distance of a way,

- Kinzhibayev Azamat Zhumabayevich is the senior master of the wheel and roller shop of Kamkororvagon LLP.

At an action there was a deputy director for industrial practice work of the IUE Highest College Isabekov Tleubek Temkeshevich.

Students 2, 3 and 4 courses of specialties "Construction of the Railroads, Way and Travelling Facilities", "Operation, Repair and Maintenance of the Rolling Stock of the Railroads", "Construction of Highways and Airfields" participated in a conference.

The geography of practical training by our students is various, it is almost all Kazakhstan: "The Ekibastuz operational carriage depot", JSC “Gruzovye perevozki branch "Pavlodar office of GP", Ekibastuz Multiple-unit Depot LLP, the Aksu Ferroalloy Plant, Pavlodar Car-repair Depot Branch of Kamkor Vagon LLP, the Pavlodar site of the Akmola branch on repair of cars JSC Vagonservice, KRR-freight transportation Joint-stock company, JSC KTZh Oil Company Pavlodarskaya Branch a distance of a way, the Ekibastuz distance of a way, the Semeysky distance of a way, Integra Construction KZ-" LLP Severnaya Branch directorate", JSC Gruzovye perevozki Branch is the Pavlodar office of GP", JSC KRR Oil Company Kyzylordinskaya Branch a distance of a way, the Arysky distance of a way, the Tyulkubassky distance of a way, Kazala's station, Pavlodar zholdary LLP, "Zholaushylar koligy" Turkestan.

About implementation of the program of practice conferees were told by students probationers: Alimzhan Omar, Lidiya Zinchenko (gr.B415); Kirgizbekov Kaysar (gr.AD416); Tleubekova Dana and Kanatov Kuangtai (gr.P415); Lahti Nikolay (gr.PME343) and Kanatuli Amirkhan (gr.PMT344).

Representatives of the enterprises estimated high quality of training of future specialists of the railway industry, shared reviews of work of students during practice, stated wishes about the directions of further cooperation with college.

      

During the conference junior students asked questions of a possibility of passing of the paid practice, were interested in features of work on production, said about what became painful.

Summing up the results of a conference, the deputy head on industrial practice work Seytkazin B.B. performed with parting words for future experts.
