On May 26, 2021, in remote mode, the regional distance competition "IT-PROGECT" was held, on the basis of the College of Information Technology in the ZOOM application, among students of technical and professional education organizations. In order to determine the most promising innovations and technologies to ensure the sustainable growth of the region's economy and create conditions for revealing and realizing the creative abilities and potential of youth by engaging in scientific and innovative activities.

The contest "IT-PROGECT" is aimed at identifying and promoting significant IT projects in various areas of the economy. One of such projects is the development of the database "Unemployed Citizens of Pavlodar," a student of Pavlodar Higher College of Electronics and Communications Zholaeva Almira Talgatovna. This project is presented in the nomination "Best Social IT Project."

  

The purpose of this project is to develop software that accounts for unemployed citizens and optimizes the work of an employee of an employment center. This information system should be used to search for job vacancies, introduce accounting and search for information about unemployed, vacancies and employees.

To implement the project, it is necessary to develop a database that should include information about free vacancies, about the unemployed, in addition, it is necessary to store information about employed citizens.

At the same time, information on vacant places should be selected from the corresponding table. Information about employed citizens should be stored automatically when an unemployed person selects a vacant place.

For the informative scientific IT project, Zholaeva Almira Talgatovna was awarded the Diploma of the first degree, as well as the leader, Nurgozhina Zhanara Oralbekovna, who showed a high level of creative and professional thinking, who formed a scientific approach to knowledge and research.
