The Serpin program is a state educational initiative in Kazakhstan aimed at training highly qualified personnel for the regions, especially for the southern and eastern regions of the country. Launched in 2014, the program focuses on developing the professional skills of young people, primarily in the field of technical and engineering education. The purpose of the program is to train specialists who will be able to meet the needs of the labor market in the context of industrialization and technological change. A delegation of the Turkestan region arrived at the Higher College of Electronics and Communication on a business visit to discuss issues of training the region's youth within the framework of the Serpin program at our educational institution. Advantages of the program: Access to quality education for students from rural and remote regions, thanks to government support (financial assistance, scholarships, accommodation). Development of local personnel for enterprises and industries in need of skilled workers. Educational mobility — students can study at the best colleges and universities, which opens up more opportunities for a successful career. The Serpin program contributes not only to improving the level of education, but also to improving the socio-economic situation in various regions of Kazakhstan.
