Having won victorious gold at the 4th Republican competition of professional skill Worldskills Kazakhstan 2018, on competence Mobile robotics, a command of the Pavlodar college of transport and communications, became the member of the National team (the protocol of Technical committee No. 5 of May 20, 2019) to which participation in WorldSkills-2019 World Cup in the city of Kazan is necessary from August 22 to August 27, 2019.

Competitions will take place on the basis of the international exhibition center "Kazan Expo" where more than 1,300 young professionals from 63 countries and regions will compete on 56 competences. About 1,300 experts will estimate skill of contestants.

The honor of the Pavlodar region and the Republic of Kazakhstan, in the Mobile Robotics nomination, in the world championship in Kazan, will be protected by a command of the Pavlodar college of transport and communications as a part of which Lyubenko Vitaly and Pomorzin Anton.

The entire period of time after the Republican competition and practically until departure, since January, 2018 until the beginning of August, 2019, Vitaly and Anton conducted intense training to the World Cup, perfecting the skill in designing and programming of mobile robots. On August 14 students leave to the city Nur-Sultan where from August 15 to August 18, 2019 on the basis of Polytechnical college, the NAO "Kasipkor Holding organizes training of participants of the National team of Kazakhstan in regulatory requirements, regulations of the international movement WSI, including to technical English and psychological preparation. Having completed training, on August 19, 2019 as a part of the national team, Anton and Vitaly take off for Kazan.

Financing of a trip from Pavlodar to Nur-Sultan is also back carried out by the Pavlodar college of transport and communications, and expenses on a package of participation in the championship (a transfer from the airport in hotel and back, a transfer hotel-platform-hotel, accommodation in hotel, a dining), the health insurance and air flight to Kazan and back become covered by the NAO Kasipkor Holding.
