From April 1 to April 5, 2019 in the Pavlodar college of transport and communications was spent a week of special disciplines of the commission "OT, A and Communication".

Relying on the main ideas of the annual Message of the President of Kazakhstan that priority is a problem of training of personnel for hi-tech productions, within a week open lessons, out-of-class actions, master classes for students, teachers and training officers were planned.

The purpose of carrying out week of special disciplines – to develop the interest of students in the chosen profession.

One of the major stages which there passes a person in the vital and professional self-determination – choice of profession. Often the person chooses not only future profession, but something more important for fuller feeling of life. How to become the professional of the business and what qualities of character need to be developed to achieve success in life - these questions students of OP316, C118, A316 groups in an out-of-class action "A social and psychological portrait of the modern professional" tried to answer (prepared the teacher of special disciplines Zhetibayeva M.M.). I was to set by the purpose of holding an action knowledge of students of the railroad, of safety rules on the railroad. To form teamwork, to help and support each other. To develop visual and acoustical attention, memory, logical thinking. To form interest in railway professions.

Students of 1 courses of office "OT, A and Communication" within a week of special disciplines took active part in an open quiz "Hold COMMUNICATION". During play of the team step by step moved through four "Stations", performing tasks. The action was prepared by teachers of special disciplines Zhetibayeva M.M., Baltabayeva D.K. and Aytkenova A.A.

Following the results of a competition winner teams were handed certificates of appreciation.

   

                                             

   

Introduction in educational process of innovative methods of work is one of the tasks decided in an interactive action "What? WHERE? WHEN?" (developed teachers Baltabayeva D.K. and Aytkenova A.A.)

Part in this action was taken by students 3 courses "OT, A and Communication" the practicians who completed educational and professional and production. In a game 24 questions on three specialties the containing skills and knowledge acquired on special disciplines for 3 years of training were developed. On each matter of time on considering 1 minute. In this game 3 video questions by representatives of the organizations are set on logic and ingenuity. Representatives of the organizations of JSC Kazakhtelecom Shaymardanov Alibek Narimanovich and JSC KTZh Oil Company branch - the Pavlodar distance of a way" Sharyp Serik were the invited guests. During an action players and their fans could refresh the knowledge and learn something new.

The jury noted unity of team and level of knowledge of future experts and awarded participants with certificates of honor.

  

Within a week of special disciplines took place the annual conference "Results of Production and Technological Practice" in the form of a round table where students told about results of the activity at the enterprises within practice, met production workers and could ask the interesting their questions on professional topics.

The meeting of students and teachers with heads of the basic enterprises Ekpintayev Nursultan Kanatovich - the head of the technical department of the station became one of planned actions of week of special disciplines. Holding such meetings increases interest in the chosen profession at students, develops an outlook and idea of future work, promotes activization of educational process and well influences formation of professional qualities of future experts.

04.04.19 Within a week of special disciplines took place the annual conference following the results of passing of a work technological practice.

The teacher of special disciplines Iskakov Renat  Hakimuly, having opened a conference, he told about the plan of holding a conference, about the purposes and problems of a work technological practice, about achievements and problems of our students.

   

Also the staff of our college and pupils 2, 3 and 4 courses of specialties "Radio Electronics and Communication", "Automatic Equipment, Telemechanics and Traffic Control on Railway Transport", "Organization of Transportations and Traffic Control on Railway Transport" are invited to a conference.

Places of practical training – are various, almost all network of the railroads across the Pavlodar region: JSC Kazakhtelecom, JSC Transtelecom, Branch "KRW transportation" - the Pavlodar office of GP" Pavlodar station, Aksu-1 Station (Bastau's travel), Aksu-1 Station, May travel, ES JSC Eurasian Energy Corporation", Kamkor Vagon LLP, KazEcoProm LLP, FAO of Aksu Kazchrome plant of ferroalloys MNC, FAO "KRW-freight transportation" Semey office of GP.

Our probationers substantially and interestingly reported on the done work, on implementation of the program of practice: C326 Akparova Diana, Zeynolla Ergali; C316 Kairkanov Askar, Butchanov Fedor; OP415 Leonova Angelina, Merkel Maria, Kusainova Aida.

Nursultan Kanatovich analysed work of probationers in the division.

Junior students asked questions of an opportunity to be in the paid practice, about choice of profession, of an opportunity to find a job.

The results of a conference were summed up by the deputy head on industrial practice work Seytkazin B.B.

At the final stage of subject week took place the meeting of the subject and cyclic commission. At a round table the results of work, training officers are summed up, teachers shared impressions and plans for the future. Were recorded positive and bad points, it is noted that students showed good knowledge, skills which acquired in the course of mastering a profession.
