How not to become a victim of fraud and about administrative responsibility.

On October 27, employees of the Police Department of the Pavlodar region Ermolaev V., Kayyrbaev S. and the district inspector of the Northern OP UP Pavlodar Baysultanov B. conducted an informational and explanatory conversation for students of the Higher College of Electronics and Communication. The staff of the Criminal Police Department explained to the students about the dangers of fraudulent actions and how not to become a victim. Unfortunately, about 80% of the crimes committed are fraud. Then the district inspector continued the conversation on the topic of administrative offenses. We thank the police officers for their explanatory work.
