Specialists of the Project Office "Tarbieh alany" Madygulova Kamila Salimovna and Bakhtina Valentina Yurievna held an information hour for students of the Higher College of Electronics and Communications "Prevention of bullying and cyber bullying in the youth environment".
The topic of bullying affects both the child and adults around him. The following issues were disclosed: how to act in a situation if you have become a victim of bullying? where to turn for help?
Bullying is the aggression of some children against others, when there is an inequality of forces and the victim shows how much it hurts her. Bullying is not always expressed in a physical attack. Psychological violence in the form of:
- verbal harassment (insults, malicious and obscene jokes, ridicule, etc.);
- spreading rumors and gossip;
- boycott (one of the most dangerous forms of bullying)
Teenage bullying is a problem that requires a comprehensive approach to solve. It is not the child alone who should deal with bullying at school, but all parties — parents, the teacher and the student himself. The main advice for those who have encountered bullying is to get a specialist's advice as soon as possible.
