Today a meeting was organized with the head of the "Tärbie alañy" K.S. Madygulova and psychologist V.Yu. Bakhtina on the topic "Prevention of offenses among young people. Moral - legal aspects in the youth environment".

Issues such as who the teenager is, rights and obligations, crime and punishment, responsibility and sources of law were revealed.

We settled on the basic rights prescribed in the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, on the types of responsibility of minors.
