The "ERG for Colleges" project was launched in 8 colleges in the region. The project will allow colleges to train “universal specialists” with technical and vocational education for the production needs of ERG. As part of the memorandum of mutual cooperation between the akimat of Pavlodar region and ERG, 10 colleges in the region have been allocated funds for the purchase of equipment for classrooms and laboratories in a total amount of 200 million .tenge.In 2023, advanced training courses were organized and conducted for 25 managers, 30 deputy managers, 30 methodologists, 19 psychologists, 22 physical education teachers, 275 teachers of general education disciplines and 430 teachers of special disciplines and industrial training masters. The regional team performed and took 5th place as a team in the national professional skills competition WordSkillsKazakhstan-2023.
