On December 07, 2018 in the conference hall the event devoted to discussion of article of Nursultan Nazarbayev "Seven sides of the Great steppe" was held. Organizers: Egimbayeva Sh.S. and Kenzhibayev K.K. are teachers of public disciplines. Staff of our college took part in this discussion.

The President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev told about the main purpose of the article "Seven Sides of the Great Steppe" "… this article was born because of desire to tell the youth that we and   our Great steppe have Great roots. Beginning from Huns, juice and Turkic khaganates till today, we are the native of this big story, and in these steppes novelties were born too. Actually, it is necessary for studying and association of all Kazakhstan citizens. The designated directions and projects are care of the state, but also not in small degree field of activity of NGO (non-governmental organizations). I would like to highlight community of historical and cultural heritage for all people of Kazakhstan", - Nursultan Nazarbayev emphasized.

Article begins with extremely significant message that "the history of Kazakhstan … has to be understood from height of modern science". It is known that without due and original scientific knowledge it is impossible to talk about any development.

In the article the role of Eurasia and a historical contribution of a nomadic civilization to world development by means of phenomena of "culture" and "technologies" inseparably linked among each other. The great silk way acted in the millennia not as trade and information artery connecting the East and the West but also a huge source of knowledge and technologies. Traders of the Silk way were nomads and carriers of knowledge of that time.

Thus, the article sums up a certain stage of the state construction in Kazakhstan and designates the new directions of the political and economic movement of Kazakhstan in much wider geopolitical, geographical and historical context.
