Since 2011 "Pavlodar college of transport and communications" actively cooperates with the organizations of formation of border areas of the Russian Federation.

On April 4-5, 2018 within the international cooperation in on-line mode the VI International scientific and practical conference "Problems and the Prospects of Professional Education in the 21st Century" which organizers are "The Siberian professional college" (Russia, Omsk),  "Pavlodar College of Transport and Communications" (Pavlodar), SEI DPO "Sevastopol center of education development" (Sevastopol) has taken place. Representatives of colleges of Pavlodar region have participated in a conference in on-line mode:” Pavlodar college of transport and communications”, “Chemical and mechanical college”, “Humanitarian” and “Technological” colleges, college of management, “Pavlodar medical highest college”, Aksu colleges of ferrous metallurgy and Zh. Moussa, Ekibastuz mining college of K. Pshenbayev. For the first time teachers of Karaganda railway college have participated in a conference.

Questions of creation of the electronic educational environment for training by 50 most demanded professions, introductions of progressive pedagogical technologies, participations of students in competitions of professional skill WorldSkills were brought up in the program of a conference.

Teachers of college Karasayeva O.V., Mukhametkaliyeva A.A. have submitted to listeners of two countries the report "The fourth industrial revolution – the program of industrialization".

In April-May, 2018 within the international cooperation of colleges carrying out a series of the joint master classes in topical issues of improvement of quality of training of specialists which are released on labor market is planned.
