The main role and importance of the discipline "Fundamentals of Law and Transport Legislation" is the training of competitive personnel, which is based on the implementation of the concept of legal education for youth in the Republic of Kazakhstan.

From 11 to 14 May 2020, online defense of term papers took place at the Higher College of Electronics and Communications. Term papers were presented by students of group A-317, specialty 130300 0 "Automation, telemechanics and traffic control in railway transport", in the amount of 24 people.

The members of the commission were present at the defense:

- Kulakhmetova Sandugash Amantayevna - Deputy Head for SD;

- Bralinova Svetlana Ospanovna - Head of the Department of Automated Control Systems and Communications;

Upon request, the parents of the students were present at the defense.

The purpose of the work was: to train future specialists in the ability to analyze, evaluate the importance of the laws of new legal reforms in the activities of transport enterprises and understand the role and importance of business contracts, methods of improving the state and economic management of the planning and economic incentive system in modern conditions of state, planned, labor discipline, the strictest observance of the rule of law in the field of transport.
