03.06.2021 were held  an online seminar for teachers and students of our college on the prevention of the use of surfactants "New narcotic substances." "How to find out what to do?" and "Prevention of surfactants" spoke among adolescents, including A.A. Nebeltsova, psychologist at the Pavlodar Regional Center for Mental Health, together with I.A. Timirgalieva, police major, head of the department for countering drug crime of the Pavlodar Region Police Department.

The purpose of this online seminar is to increase the competence of teachers in the prevention of the consumption of surfactants by minors; Providing reliable information on the causes and consequences of the use of surfactants, as well as on criminal liability for the distribution of narcotic drugs.

A.A. Nebeltsova, psychologist at the Pavlodar Regional Center for Mental Health, introduced students to the causes of drug use, drug addiction, tobacco addiction, and the effects of alcohol on the body.

Head of the Department for Countering Drug Crime of the Police Department of Pavlodar region, Police Major Timirgaliyeva I.A. introduced teachers to criminal liability for drug distribution.

Illicit trafficking in narcotic drugs, psychotropic, poisonous substances, their analogues and precursors should be understood as their acquisition, storage, manufacture, processing, transportation, shipment, sale, committed in violation of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

It was noted that the law introduced a new norm in the Criminal Code providing for up to 3 years in prison "Propaganda or illegal advertising of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances or their analogues, precursors" (299-1-B. Uk). Illegal advertising of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances and precursors should be understood as the dissemination of information about places or ways of acquiring them, quality, price and other properties.

 

Based on the results of the online seminar, our teachers and students received very useful information.
