In order to implement the State Education Program for 2020-2025, the execution of the order of the Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On approval of the Standard Rules for the ongoing monitoring of academic performance, intermediate and final certification of students for organizations of secondary, technical and vocational, post-secondary education" on 21.04.2022, the 1st day of the Regional WorldSkills Professional Skills Competition was held at the Higher College of Electronics and Communications Kazakhstan Pavlodar 2022 by competence "Technology of railway transport"

Due to the lack of documentation on this competence, the staff of the college, based on Professional Standards and technological maps of Railway Transport Enterprises (including the Locomotive Repair Plant), with the advice of the World Skills Kazakhstan - 2022 Traffic Development Department of the NAS "Tar", developed relevant tasks for students of the Competition.

The inclusion of the World Skills Kazakhstan professional skills competition format in the educational process of professional educational organizations is a new model of independent assessment of the quality of training, contributing to solving the problems of the vocational education system and the labor market –our social partners.

  

 

4 students take part in this Competition (Higher College of Electronics and Communications of Pavlodar - Azamat Kaidarov, Danil Tokpayev and "Aksu College of Ferrous Metallurgy" - Stanislav Chub, Simbat Kazbekov) specialty 1108000 "Operation, repair and maintenance of railway rolling stock".

The World Skills Kazakhstan professional skills competition was held according to the tasks developed by teachers of special disciplines of the college Karasaeva O.V., Mukhametkalieva A.A. taking into account the requirements of this competence.

The students showed brilliant theoretical knowledge and practical skills: they assembled the electrical circuit of the uncontrolled rectifier of the locomotive and took readings on modern laboratory equipment of the EKEC, complete maintenance with measurements of the TNK350 alkaline battery, disassembled and assembled the driver's crane, answered situational questions on PTE.

The second day of the Competition will be held at the real production site of the Electric Machine Department of the ALGA Electric Workshop with the module: "Repair of the TED brush holder".

The quality of the assignment by the students for the set time was evaluated by the commission: an independent expert from among the main specialists of the enterprise LLP "LRZ Alga A" Silnyagin A.V., chief expert teacher of special disciplines of the EKEC Karasaeva Olga Vladimirovna, as well as representatives of the Akus College of Ferrous Metallurgy and the Higher College of Electronics and Communications of Pavlodar.

The World Skills Kazakhstan Pavlodar 2022 professional skills competition on the competence of "Railway Transport Technology" with the solution of real production situations is a new, very difficult, but at the same time an exciting test for both students and teachers.
