On December 24, the Higher College of Electronics and Communications held the grand opening of two named classrooms in honor of honored figures of the railway industry - Abi Sarkynshakovich Sarkynshakov and education - Valery Ivanovich Kaburneev.

 

 

   

 

One of the offices was named in honor of the Honorary worker of Transport of the USSR, Honored Worker of Transport of the Kazakh SSR, honorary citizen of the Pavlodar region and the city of Pavlodar, member of the advisory Board of Kazakhstan Railways, holder of the Parasat Order A.S. Sarkynshakov, since the creation of the college is associated with the name of this person. Another office was dedicated to V.I. Kaburneev, who worked for more than 28 years as the director of the college.

 

 

 

 

 

The decision to perpetuate the names of these two outstanding personalities was made by the college administration for a reason, since the contribution to the formation and development of our educational institution is truly invaluable.
